Legal
This placeholder policy explains how Langar Markets may collect, use, and protect customer portal information while full legal review is in progress.
We may collect account details, portfolio-related uploads, usage activity, and support messages so we can provide the portal, maintain security, and improve customer experience.
Information is used to authenticate users, deliver requested services, analyze platform performance, respond to inquiries, and satisfy applicable legal or compliance obligations.
During the alpha, sign-in is handled by Clerk, which stores your name and email address, the role and firm you tell us (so we know who is testing LAN.Q), and a record of when you sign in. Taking part in the alpha includes usage analytics with PostHog: the pages and sections you open, how long you stay, and recordings of your visits with anything you type hidden. Until you acknowledge this, PostHog counts visits anonymously, without cookies.
When you send feedback through the feedback button, it goes to Userback with your name and email address, so we can reply, along with anything you attach, such as a screenshot.
We aim to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
If you have questions about this policy or your information, please contact your Langar Markets support representative for the latest approved guidance.
